We want you to love your Emi Jay accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain hair accessories and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Emi Jay packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
